the world we live in is gorgeous.

It's just beautiful outside {if you haven't realized it yet}! and i kind of take my camera every where i go, so a habit of my is taking pictures because of how beautiful it is everywhere.

the walk home was absolutely beautiful
 owen's pretty beautiful, too

i'm kind of in love with the mountains that surround me lately.

walking by this tree every day at timpview{walking home, and any other time} has made me focus on it, and it's just so beautiful in so many ways
the best part of living right by timpview is that we can go sit on the soccer field and watch the sun go down. it's by far the best part of my evenings.

my favorite picture of the day.

i love life. it's so astonishing in so many
individual and astonishing ways

tonight's journal entry?

So I always choose a different singer per night to listen to before I go to sleep. Tonight's hit is Frank Sinatra!
Oh, it so reminds me of Eli. It's one of the many singers we listen to, and frank Sinatra is one of my favorites. Today's been pretty groovy.. Well, it's 9•50.

Called To Serve!

Eli has been called to serve in the Tokyo, Japan mission! He leaves to the Provo MTC on June 18th! GAAAHHH! It's exactly where he's wanted to go!
Dang, I'll miss this kid. I won't have anybody to recite all of little mermaid with, or have anybody to sing pink floyd with--
Oh, Japan's in luck for an amazing friend, and missionary.
 the whole clan
 Taylor-- elis friend since birth
 Taylor and Madison.
Grandma Nyman. Only if grandpa were still here..

Oh my goodness. unbelievable. Eli is one amazing kid.
i don't know what ill do without him!

Mission Call Adventures

We got Eli's mission call while he was in California for A Capella tour
SO! Eli wouldn't let us open it until he gets back {late tonight!} and so we had a little fun with the mission call!
What mom + dad thought of is sort of mission call on a shelf {you know? like elf on a shelf?} so we just got creative and took pictures of it with plenty of different items and people. We've had plenty of fun with this project! so here of some of my favorite photos!

what's "mission call on a shelf" without Eli's
mission call on his shelf?

 a favorite.
